When it comes to eating chicken, most people are met with a dilemma. To put it simply, they must choose between eating the breast or the leg. Before you decide, answer yourself these questions. Which do you think would taste better with your favorite seasonings? Which would have more meat? Choose wisely, offtopic.

The only knock against them is that they have slightly more fat and calories than breasts which isn't a big deal unless you're really trying to count your calories and fat intake. On the other hand, they're higher in essential minerals like iron. The only "bad" (nutritionally) part about them is the skin, which is frankly too delicious for me to care that it's a little fatty.
