Faction packages aren't giving me any guaranteed drops
Fix the faction packages because I get nothing but strange coins and motes of light most of the time which is very odd. Please patch.

If an item slot is full, be sure to check your postmaster - I.e. If your chest inventory is full, and a faction package drops a chest, the item will go to the postmaster. Also, keep in mind that weapons/armor, do not start dropping from faction packages until rank 3.
