Anyone else really dissapointed by The Iron Banner?

Gear is the exact same apart from color and a few adjustments. Cant even upgrade the gear like the iron lord armor.. Really? Weapons are all ugly compared to previous designs. Rank 5 in about 2 days worth of playing. Just my feelings anyway. How is IB for you this time around?
