Hey guys (and gals)! I need some help figuring something out! So last week, I reached Gunsmith Rank 3 and expected to receive the Tlaloc Exotic Quest "Back in the Saddle", but, to my dismay, the quest did not appear. Do I have to finish the Rank 2 "Back in the Saddle" for the Warlock Specific Fusion Rifle before receiving the Rank 3 quest? Or should I have received the Rank 3 quest upon completion of rank 3? EDIT 1: My bro said I have to finish the Rank 2 quest. Is he right?
