I ordered a set of the FoTL weapons pins when they became available on the store ( 10/24). To date, I still do not have the code for my Resurrectionist code.
I went through the customer service contact form and I have not had any response. ( 10/26)
Here's the irony. The pins showed up in snail mail yesterday, but these are not like the older Bungie Foundation and Tricon pins where the code is printed on the card, so I still do not have a code for the emblem. The invoice gave an email address if there were order issues, so I also dropped a message to that inbox with no response. (10/27)
The odd thing is that the order is an "unfulfilled" state. Is there a way to get in chat or on a phone with a human being on the other side that can look into this?

Happened to me as well on 10/24 and I have yet to receive any replies to my customer service emails or the code in my email. OH but don't worry they charged me just fine. I haven't even received the actual product either
