"Leaders are made, not born"
Saw this in a textbook of mine but it doesn't offer an explanation. I'm curious to hear your opinions

Leaders, as in those of great renown or infamy, like Mannerheim, Rommel, Patton, Eisenhower, etc., are born. There's only so much that you can teach a person about being a leader.
