Let's be honest, most of us would like kill counters on our weapons. Bungie should really add it to the game. Let it be like ornaments, except it's not weapon specific, and you could add it to any weapon, rare, uncommon, anything. It would be obtainable by treasures, and you would get the treasures from defeating a WoTM boss, nightfall, and a crucible match.
