I note that 4 out of 5 activities are PvP.
This fits with Bungie's obsession with PvP, even though (according to Destiny Tracker) on any given day, they number less than PvE players.
I won't buy D2, unless there is complete separation between PvP and PvE. I don't care how hard it is to do, or what the financial ramifications are.
If they want shared maps, and so share the cost of writing them, fine.
This is what I want. (but won't get, that's for sure!)
1. Three characters for PvE and three characters for PvP.
2. Separate weapons for PvE and PvP. They can be the same, just not transferable.
3. No transfers of any kind, between the PvP characters and the PvP characters.
There you have it all.
PvP's don't have to play with people who don't want to be there.
PvE's don't have to play something they don't want to, just to improve their PvE game.
The constant bickering between PvE and PvP is resolved.
The alternative is, of course, to have separate disks or DLCs, but I think that would drive the cost up. I'm happy to pay for part of a game I don't play. I'm doing exactly that now!
