this is an idea that came to me this morning while heading to studio art. (I'm a college student if that's to any importance)
it would have started as a teaser for a expansion that could have been added to Destiny that was a part of TTK dlc. (kind of like the April update)
--
It would have started off in a dark scene, looming dread in the air provided by music for the atmosphere as there would be narration in the background , exposition by Erris Mourn (or Mourne). Said exposition would have hints to some things in TTK. While this exposition is progressing you see various scenes in relation to Erris's past until you arrive to total darkness and an echo of oryx and when it disappears into a dying light as it fades you see the visage of a guardian, or at least what one can register as it, but with clear 'tampering' from the hive/oryx as the narrator says/finished with "but then Toland did the unthinkable" and end.
;; it's the dlc I wish I had/was made "the blighted light" in which a crossbred would have been made due to Toland the shattered's infatuation with the hive. Don't know how it could be fully incorporated into lore, but still it's an amazing (or at least fun) concept.
