Skull of Dire + Glass Needles = Broken
I have now wasted far too many Glass Needles on my Skull of Dire Ahamkara trying to reroll perks, and I want Bungie to address this. (Okay I know refund is not likely, but let's not ignore the problem here)
Every piece of armor when you use a Glass Needle, the stats and perks all shuffle. But for Skull, only the stats will change. It seems odd to me that the perks are locked into what they are...
Can someone explain this??
Don't try and tell me this is just RNG, I have used over 2 dozen Needles..

While you did not delete anything I don't think you'll have any luck with Bungie restoring your Glass Needles. [spoiler]TBH, you really should have stopped when you noticed the perks weren't changing. I'm sorry to hear about this but I've had to learn lessons the hard way too. [/spoiler]
