See the video above. In the beginning of the video, I have an ammo capacity of 68 for the sword and attempt to pick up heavy ammo and nothing happens. When I ready the sword, I can pick up ammo per Memory of Radegast. Additionally, when I die with the extra ammo and re-spawn, you'll notice the carried ammo reverts back to 68. The ability to pick up ammo with the extra ammo capacity perk from Memory of Radegast is broken and the ability to retain ammo is also broken. Please fix.
