SGA: On the 'Old Wolf, New Tricks' quest, you don't have to actually get the kills with the axe if someone else has one near you. As long as you damage the enemies before they get axed, you get credit.
I got pissed last night when I was doing a quarantine mission and some asshole stole my axe. I noticed after the quest was finished that I had 8 kills though, without ever picking it up.

If your in my fireteam and die with the axe, I'm taking it. And then talk shit to them. Lol But I don't take random people's axe, that's just messed up and low.

Yeah it's different if it's your friends. I'd take it in a second from a friend, and also talk shit lol. Thankfully as long as you damage the enemies before they're killed with the axe, you get credit.

the worst part is the axe dude dies you run in to pick him up and pick the axe up and by the time you realise and start shouting at the tv get off i dont want the fkin axe put it down your swamped so you have to use it any ways .........

Yeah, I think it's unspoken etiquette that you don't take someone else's axe. But some inconsiderate people still do.

I know wouldn't take someone else's axe. I'm really glad Bungie accounted for the punks who do. Made that part of the quest way less stressful.
