Moments of Triumph T-shirt... Where is it??

So I placed my order for the custom moments of triumph T-Shirt over a month ago, but I haven't gotten it yet... Has anyone else? And I just checked on the website. It still says unfulfilled as the product status. Help? *EDIT* My shirt came in a few days ago and I just got the confirmation email last night. I'm really confused as to why it took so long to send me a DIGITAL confirmation of my order shipping.

  • Ordered and paid for my tee on the 18th of September. Received today - 25th of November (only 67 days later). Bonus: Bungie sticker. I think they should've put inside a code for "Patience is everything" emblem picturing Kabr's pocket watches or something like that. About the customer service - they are probably filtering any Moments of Triumph tee questions, never ordered anything from the Bungie store before, so I don't know. Probably they didn't expect this number of orders.

  • Well... STILL haven't gotten my shirt. Had the tracking email for days. Hasn't updated. At all. Just sits at "delayed."

    • Same here. It's getting ridiculous. They won't even respond to messages sent from the store help page! I'm moving soon! I need to change the address and they won't respond to anything.

    • this is the worst case of bad customer service i have ever witnessed. they completely ignore their customers after they take their money. i am thinking about filing a claim with my financial institution to get my money back.

    • I never got mine either. I order it on September 15th. It says the delay is 3 weeks for orders after .... July 7th. This will be the only item I purchase from the Bungie store after this. I agree with Savage on with compensation for the really long wait here. Silver light should be offered, or a free ornament that is not the telesto or invective for god sake. Yep i get that too many times. Bungie could at least make a "We're sorry about the dely" post on the twab? The fact that you all can't even get an email back from support is utter bull crap. I will give it one more week, then I am issuing a charge back on my card. If enough people do that, then maybe they will get the point. My friend told me that the shirt is thin material and the print quality could be better. If that is really the case then they are no better than the cheap teesping shirts.

    • Same for both mine and my gf's shirts. We even got the name on the sleeve. /: I see people posting pictures of their shirts. Not sure if Bungie is so wrapped up in making a quick buck off Festival of the Lost and the bungie store FotL stuff or if they didn't place enough/correct orders or what, but there's still several customers waiting on purchases for well over a month. That is NOT ok. At this rate it should be coming with some sort of unique emblem or bonus item as compensation. Even the new Ressurectionist limited time emblem if nothing else. Especially since now they email emblem codes immediately after purchase now /:
