Hi, I'm Log. I am a Guardian, just like you. I'd like to take a moment of your time to show you this video.
I am fortunate enough to be able to work with Myelin each week doing the Destiny Down Under Podcast. You may know him from his expansive catalogue of Lore on Youtube. When we were talking about how we'd love to do some good with a startup event, Movember was an obvious choice. But what I didn't realise was how incredibly personal it was for Myelin. In the video above, he speaks incredibly openly about the challenges he has faced in his personal life. Personally, I think this is an incredibly brave move, and not something I'm sure I'd have had the balls to do, were I in his shoes.
I understand there will probably be flack associated with posting something like this here, but come whatever may, I believe a movement like this belongs to the community. I was hesitant to post it at all, but after reading the comments on the YouTube video itself and the impact it had on people, I felt it was the right thing to do. It's us who can make a change right here and right now, by having the difficult conversations that go along with the video above.
Movember is a great place to start. As Australians, it's something that has become part of our culture over the past decade, and we are proud to share with with the Greater Destiny Community. The premise is simple, gain sponsors to grow a moustache for the month of November, and have a laugh while bringing Men's health issues that often go unspoken to the forefront.

I have seen this very sincere video and it's great but I will warn you if/when this topic blows up there will be some edgy 12 year olds who think it's cool to hate on it just a warning
