Never received lvl 40 booster, how can I contact Bungie?
Hi,
I just noticed that I never received the level 40 boost after purchasing Rise of Iron. I received the Gjallarhorn sparrow and launcher, but never received the spark.
My Hunter and Warlock are already lvl 40 385+, so I wanted to do the same thing with my fresh Titan. Having just read that you can get a character to lvl40 instantly by purchasing Rise of Iron, I noticed that I never received that spark item at the Postmaster. I already did some missions with my Titan and it is already lvl10, but the Postmaster isn't giving me anything.
Bungie, can you please fix this or just give me the item. I already did the entire campaign twice, I don't want to spend my time doing it all again for a third time. I just want to light lvl my Titan so it is on par with my Hunter and Warlock.
Small note, when I bought the Taken King expansion, I did receive the lvl25 booster spark, so I don't understand why I didn't receive the lvl40 spark this time.

Then You went pretty quickly from went from some early ttk missions to the roi missions Based on your mission pattern it is UNLIKELY you used 25 and for the rest of the way to 40 since much of your play time was under lvl 25 missions and then a bunch in Roi to run the whole campaign. Not impossible. But unlikely. Hence my 75%
