If I'm setting up an lfg heroric raid group to get it done, I will be requesting 390+. No excuse not to level up first to be more useful in the raid.
The lfg groups that I have been in with like 4 players under 390 in their upper 380's have been awful experiences wasting several hours of my evening. The lfg groups with everyone over 390, we can sail thru the checkpoints for the most part.
I have been willing to help those that are not 390 yet, but I'm at the point that if I see several under 390 players trying to do hard raid, I will not participate or will swiftly boot them if I'm setting up a group. With all the ways available to level up, there is no excuse to not be at least 390 if you want to do the hard raid.
If you feel you need to be carried because your too lazy to do Archon's Forge like everybody else does, then stay away from lfg and find your own friends to carry you. Did I miss anything?

I have a warlock and Titan I can get to 390 and a hunter I can get to 389 so 2 out if 3 of my guardians will meet your criteria to join your group I have only been in the normal mode WotM once (today) and it fell apart after the first round when half the team left due to time issues (3 am their time) and we couldn't get replacements This just goes to show that your raid group criteria means nothing. Experience is more important than light level
