VOID EXOTIC SWORD - dark drinker missing

WHERE'S MY QUEST? Bought the void sword, levelled it up past 280 maxed out stats did a backflip but still no quest??? How do i get the dark drinker now

I'm having the same issue. Shaxx is not providing the sword reforged quest. Weapon has been leveled up fully and is above required light level.
