Tbh I have done a fair amount of grinding in there and so far haven't had any if the issues you mention and 95% of the time, I enter alone. I walk v slowly before getting to the entrance, to try and find a live event. If no one is there I start my own, ideally if I don't have a perfected offering, even if I did have I still start it as 95% of the time, people show up shortly after. Apart from that I don't understand or have had issues with timers etc. The only issue I have is there are 5-6 people in there after I start an event and it's the same 2 people putting offerings in whilst the others stand around holding onto theirs
