You dying and losing out on your offering/rewards is a punishment for failing to complete it. It's designed that way on purpose because it drops end game rewards.

It dropped ONE PIECE OF END GAME LOOT (artifacts) not special weapons, ghosts, artifacts AND a complete armor set for all characters. They are hardly comparable.

That's the point. You using Court of Oryx to back up your argument is invalid and quite frankly a dumb comparison, because it only dropped a SINGLE piece of gear that was usable. Archon's Forge gives out more loot (ghosts, special weapons, helmets, gauntlets, chest pieces, boots and artifacts) with it being a [b]higher risk with greater reward activity. [/b] If you want to obtain such loot you have to play smarter or you lose the opportunity to get said loot.
