Questions about Strength
1. Does the Strength stat have any effect on the actual attack level of your melee attack (regular and power attack)? I know the stat effects the cool down of your power melee attack but I'm wondering if that's all it does...
2. If not, then what is the percentage of damage an enemy takes from melee attacks in PVE and in Crucible (again for both regular melee attacks and power attacks)?

Strength only affect the cooldown, and damage and speed is determined by the class/subclass.
