Now hear me out... this isn't me saying it's overpowered, I'm saying it's breaking the game.
My reason: Me and my Raid mate were goofing about in the Nightfall- him using a Shadowshot hunter and Outbreak Prime.
So what happened?
Well we found out that Vex don't like being inside of Nanite clouds all to well- and they break out into a dead sprint to get away from them. Funny right?
Turns out, they will break into that same dead sprint to get away from Nanites, in a tether. He tethered the Vex and started unloading with Outbreak, and they broke into a full on sprint and got out of the tether when the Nanites spawned and attacked.
Pretty sure that's not supposed to happen. So we tried it on other enemies- Fallen just died so that was a bust. Though Cabal, Taken, and Hive all did the exact same thing- Sprinted out of the Tether and went about like nothing happened when the Nanites spawned to attack them.
I don't think that's supposed to happen Bungie, just saying.

In the raid first boss with all the monitors... I usually take center and when the captain spawns he eventually runs to edge of the platform and jumps off. Thanks to their "fix" on people pushing off enemies the captain will respawn with a full shield a little while after and wreck people who don't expect it
