Weapons: They are both, actually, weapons! They are one, a person to be the body with his powers, and the other, the weapon without his abilities! Atom: When Clarent is a weapon, he is boot and shin guards, along with metal gloves and forearm guards. These are I breakable by physical attacks. They can amplify Atom's powers. Clarent: Atom takes the form of a Scythe, which is also unbreakable, and can extend several feet, and it's head into three blades. They carry hand guns, when apart. When apart, they lose their powers. Abilities: Atom can control electricity, be it using it to amplify his attacks, or taking it out of an item. He can also control any metal bigger than a cubic inch (no small bullets, but rockets and such are bye bye!) Clarent: Can nullify in-human powers, be it strength, speed or magic. Mages be-ware. If one gets a taste of the opponents blood, they can form the mind of madness eventually after awhile. A culmination of fear and paranoia, and pure insanity.
