Nerf Titan Skating
The highest armor & the fastest class ? Not balanced bungie.
• Remove increased Control from Titan perk tree
• Remove focused burst from warlock perk tree
• give hunters max agility by default

Agree skating and garrison need to be removed. No reason titans should be fast and maneuverable when its the tank class.
