Need EXOTIC SHARDS!!!!!
I can't level my exotics because there is no way to get shards. cannibalizing other exotics only goes so far. And I can't buy exotics w/o a - wait for it!- an exotic shard! (Unless I have lots of legendary marks to burn, which can make upgrading a really long process if u don't.
Can't figure how u guys missed this, but u need to fix it. Either have a vendor sell them, or eliminate the requirement for shards when upgrading.

Use one exotic shard to purchase an exotic heavy rocket launcher, use 7-8 Motes of Light to upgrade it without using additional materials and dismantle it for 2 exotic shards and 2-3 MoL. Not a great method but it works.
