Hello, I know that no one will probably see or respond to this, but is there anyway I could get a response from the Bungie Store Support. I would like to cancel and receive a refund of a pre-order on a 3A figure (BG22004) and receive a refund for a 3A figure I just got last week that is broken (BG258849). I've submitted emails, and help requests to them and gotten zero response back. I am overall very disappointed in the quality of the 3A figure, it wasn't at all what I was expecting, and for that price it just isn't worth it. This is also by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had with a retailer. The fact that there isn't even an automated reply from the system letting me know that you received my multiple emails, or support tickets is ridiculous.
