Bungie Store YOU NEED TO REPLY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS

2 Weeks now going to 3. It should not take this long to reply to an email it is disgraceful, Last week we only saw one person get a response back but in the comments of that post there was a lot of people claiming to have sent you guys an email requesting help. I will keep sending you emails to get a response and even use your customer service form for 1 more week and at the end of the week I will issue a chargeback and I will have the right to do so. TL:DR BUNGIE STORE LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND HELP THEM

  • I am having the same issue. It's only been a week for me, but because this has been so frustrating I just want a refund and to cancel a pre-order that I had on one of the 3A figures.

  • If you're sending to the orders@bungiestore email, you should double check to see if it mentioned something about no responses from that email, it's just an order confirmation thing. You should be submitting all bungiestore customer service responses through the website form, not an email that says it won't be responded to.
