The strangers rifle
Can we bring this iconic, year one, pulse rifle to year three? I loved this weapon year one and would love to see it get a buff, and possibly become an exotic.

No Time To Explain is literally that gun upgraded to exotic status. The grimoire supports that fact. The start of the exotic quest is the side mission which takes you into the VoG to respond to Praedyth's distress call. The catch is to find the hidden ghosts to unlock the alternate ending to the mission.

There is No Time to Explain, which is basically the Strangers rifle as an exotic, but i would like a chance to earn an infusable version of the original.
