He's young, inexperienced, and a loose cannon. Even though he's intelligent and has been taught advanced tactics and strategy, he can be extremely reckless by acting on emotion rather than protocol. It's rather weak because of his rank, but it'll stop a bullet or two. *White Matter - these small cubes that he can form into almost anything. The main limitation is that he only has a small amount of it because of his low rank. They can't be completely destroyed, but enough damage will lead them to being uncontrollable.
