This highly depends on what you want to use it for. I have a byronic hero that has high impact but not much else going on but it has explosive rounds perk. I find this useful in pve as it helps with crowds and honestly does better damage on a body shot than without it. PvP Eyesaluna was amazing with full stability. three shots is all you need at least one head shot maybe 2 depending on distance. Palindrome seems to be kicking ass in the crucible but I don't have one yet.
