Damage of Voidfang Vestments
3 Axion Bolt seekers instead of 2. But when the Axion Bolt doesn't split and is only 1 seeker because there's only 1 target, does the seeker do 33% more damage or the same damage as without Voidfang Vestments?

The seekers always do the same damage regardless of how many spawn.
