How does agility, Keen Scout, Mida multi-Tool, and the Radiant dance machines affect your movement speed and do their effects stack.
Keen Scout:
- Increases your sprinting speed by 5%
- And your movement while crouched by 23%
Mida Multi-Tool will:
- Increase max walking speed (running) by 12%
- Increase sprinting speed by 7.5%
- Increase movement speed while crouched by 10%
- And increase your movement speed while aiming down sights by 11%
Radiant Dance Machines will:
- Increase your movement speed while aiming down sights by 18%
If Mida Multi-Tool and Keen Scout are used together your character will have:
- 12% faster max walking speed (running)
- Sprint 10% faster
- Move crouched 23% faster
- And move 9% faster while aiming down sights
If Mida Multi-Tool and Radiant Dance Machines are used together your character will have:
- 12% faster max walking speed (running)
- Sprint 7.5% faster
- Move crouched 10% faster
- And move 27% faster while aiming down sights
As you can see some of the affects stack and some don’t. So which are most noticeable and worth using together? No.1 is using the Mida with the radiant dance machines; the Mida increases all your movement speeds and stacks well with radiant dance machines to allow you to move while aiming extremely fast. Mida and keen scout do stack a little but not very significantly, as well keen scout actually seems to reduce the increase Mida gives to ADS movement speed by 2%. It is ok to use them together but certainly not needed giving little increased benefits.
Now how does agility affect your guardian’s movement speed? Note Lightweight will act as it says adding 2 plus agility, although we are not going to talk about lightweights affects when you already have max agility.
Agility will increase your running speed, crouched speed and ADS speed.
Agility works linearly and maxes out at 11%. Notice that sprint won’t be affected by the agility stat.
So is agility worth spec’ing for just to move more quickly? It really depends on your play style; since it has no affect on sprint you may not actually need it as a rushing shotguner, especially if you’re a titan; if you are a more passive player it may actually be more useful because you will be sprint less, while also back peddling and strafing more.
Do you use agility on your characters or like to play with the Mida Multitool, radiant dance machines, or keen scout?

- Crouch Reduces Movement speed by about 44%
- ADS reduces it by about 24%

Hope this doesnt count as a necro and i know its long but its important and very relevant so please read through it regarding how the RDM, agility as a stat, and the mida all work together on the hunters. (im a die hard max agil+RDM+Mida hunter BD preferably but i cant ignore the void bow max agil spec with keen) From my understanding RDM was supposed to negate the movement speed on ADS movement. According to your post ads reduc is 24 and RDM only cancels out 18 of that? Ive never heard that the mida gave comparatively extra ads movement speed to say negate the full downside of said ads speed reduc. So im wondering now is this all true, and if so will combining RDM+mida give me a 27% ads movement speed bonus meaning i only gain a 3% actual movement speed bonus to ads compared to 100% of the normal movement speed you would have? I mean say your only getting a total 3% increased move speed on your ADS movement with mida+RDM then when you look at the normal bonuses your still suffering a huge penalty to your ADS movement speed comparatively which makes RDM feel kinda worthless compared to how they are described in the game. Not saying i wont be using this setup anymore im just curious where you got these numbers and or how. Ive always felt running max agil as a blade dancer year one with RDM my ads speed matched my non ads speed, and the mida only heightened both speeds equally. My original explanation to other on the topic regarding movement speed max agil and going past that used to go something like this so please correct me on this agility stat im about to throw out. "I could have sworn there used to be a place on the site, or on a 3rd party site where the agility stat was viewable but it no longer is, or i was imagining thing." (Im quoting myself there) But afaik classes once leveled will have a base 4 armor(maybe it was 2 not 4 i forget), 4 recovery, and with every possible agility enhancing blade dancer perk you could take your base agility to 10 which is the highest you can reach which others cant naturally. The difference between having your hunter who needs his armor and recovery of say 8 and 10 agility wont really be different, you wont be able to tell, however for some reason the game starts adding in agility past 10 as a multiplicative bonus which means once you hit 11 your gonna notice a big difference from 10 to 11, and using lightweight gives you a whole +2 from your weapon. Now imagine using the mida which has lightweight and another exotic bonus to increase movement speed, thats why its so powerful for the hunters. Introduce the RDM and then my story went to include, "Now imagine that scenario but youve got boots on that allow you to move at your normal strafing speed while ads, people are gonna have an impossible time trying to hit you." Also irrc either the mida or the RDM also, or maybe it was the max agil combo something i know made it so that your move speed was indistinguishable from your sprint speed so i had to drill myself in not activating sprint unless entering a blink due to the fact that entering and exiting the sprint left me vulnerable while sprinting itself netted me no gains whatsoever with this setup. Im a returning vet but i used to know all this stuff like a scientist i was obsessed with all the stats in this game, everything datamined, min maxing like crazy and perfecting balances, collecting everything, i went crazy back then for this game so i know most of that is right on point unless its changed since say january or last dec. Considering my memory is a lil foggy pls do correct me on anything and let me know if any patches changed any of the info i pulled out.
