Warlord's Greaves, Felwinter's Exotic Warlock Boots

Warlock exotic boots
"Lady Jolder taught me that. I can't say the Iron Lords haven't done me any favors." - Lord Felwinter to crippled warlord Citan.
Perk: Jolder's teachings, Grants shoulder charge when blink is equipped. (Voidwalker only)
Quest: To get the quest you have to kill the siva infused Felwinter with Felwinter's artifact equipped, when the Iron Tomb is the daily. Step 1: Get energy drain kills in crucible. Step 2: Climb to the top of Felwinter Peak and open a chest that gives you a pair of common boots. Step 3: Infuse the Peregrine Greaves into the common boots. Step 4: Shoulder charge as a warlock!
I highly recommend reading the Felwinter grimoire. It inspired this post.
I can't belive I actually have to say this but some people seem to be confused, FELWINTER is a WARLOCK.
Edit: I removed the 2nd perk (Shoulder charge shortly after blink) as it did seem overpowered.

Too many people keep saying "Only if titans get warlock perks." I'm not doing this because I'm jealous of titans. I was inspired to make this from the LORE. See lron lords - Felwinter

I like it but making it when blink is equipped is too much. The mobility of blink paired with the lethality of a shoulder charge would be ridiculous. Maybe only without blink. The problem with shoulder charge on titans now is how quick they move and can close the gap. Making it only available with a short distance teleport that makes them even harder to hit while closing the gap would be a nightmare.

5 RepliesOnly problem is that the shoulder charge thing would better fit hunters. Warlocks aren't supposed to be the heavy hitting front liners unlike titans. But it doesn't really matter at this point as hunters were supposed to be the agile class and titans can out run them while still running max armor.

11 RepliesFelwinter wore hunter armor with warlock bond and could shoulder charge, so it would make sense to remove the cloak and make a bond on a hunter and make it sgoulder charge
