Hey guys, I really like the way this game has changed over the last two years and i think Bungie did a good job on making the UI more comfortable to use, especially the ability to change gear via smartphone and browserapp. I work as an UX designer and my main ideas for changes are coming from unhappy users. With unhappy I don't mean the guys complaining about matchmaking for raids or stuff like that. What i mean are people complaining about things that will bother me as well after I tested it for a couple times. So I'm just wondering: Has it never come to your mind that using a synth is super annoying? Changing to a menu in midfight, waiting ages for it to load. Obviously the game is contacting servers everytime you load your inventory to check if anything has changed and sometimes it just wont pop up fast enough. I have to hide or wait for a safephase to pop a heavy or use another important consumable like glimmer producing items. So I know this suggestions was made many times but I still don't understand why Bungie hasn't changed anything so far: [b]Could we please please please get a hotkey for consumable items? [/b]Would it please be possible to change the usage of the down button on the D-pad to use a individual item. I don't need to sit down all the time but i need my synthesis in the raid. I think this change is easy to implement and would benefit all of us a lot.
