Exotics decyrpt up to 4 or 5 levels higher than your current light level. Very useful in leveling. This method is a 1 out of 10 chance. 3 of coins is normally 1 out of 5 chance if you use it every 10 minutes. Say you have 500 3 of coins. It would take you 83 hours to use them all in strikes avging 10 mins a strike. You would get 100 exotics on avg. This method would take 10 to 15 hours to use 500 3 of coins. You would get 50 exotics on average. It is up to you how you use them. If you are like me, 83 hours of strikes is just a huge grind and not fun. I did 10 hours of this instead and now i can play the game how i want
