I was fortunate enough to put together a team of extrodaniary gentelmen who were all 365+ last night. We wanted to get that exotic pulse rifle so we found all the moniters and made it all the way to the end (where the real fight begins).
After a ton of wipes due to simple mistakes we made sure to learn from all of them WITHOUT YELLING and telling them they suck. Ive been in groups like this, they never complate the raid due to all the negativity. So much that you don't even want to give them the satisfaction of completing it so whats the point?
Anyways after we learned from all out mistakes we went 4 rounds with Aekis but his health was at 8% at the end so he ended up taking us out. Yes it was disappointing but going the distance with Aekis really uped our spirits. We figured out ways to max damage and went at it again. FINALLY we ended up taking Aekis out, it was amazing and ill never forget it. most of the team was below 370 but we were not dieing due to it being too hard...just dumb mistakes that we fixed.
The main thing is to stay positive no matter what. We are human and mistakes happen. When they happen over and over again theres a communication problem. TALK POLITELY about it. WIN!

Totally agreed on kings fall I played with people above recommend lvl and we got no where they all left so I found a new team most of which where lower than the recommend lvl and beat it with less complications
