No it's not. High impact snipers put out more DPS than that garbage. People used that gun for like a couple weeks. If it was good, you'd be seeing people use it all the time. Nobody does.

Lol sleeper one phases the first boss in the monitor room. Try doing that with your high impact sniper. Also what sniper would you use?

"High Impact" If you're higher than recommended light then you can easily one phase the boss with snipers or Gally.. Just because you like the gun, doesn't mean it's good.

Doubt I can one phase with gally. But with spindle I might be able too. Just easier to use sleeper cause of it's aim assist.

Sleeper is good actually when used correctly (use it after you're out of sniper rounds or put 3 shots in then switch to sniper It's a great boss killer but by no means the "best"
