Xbox one messages not sending?

I noticed today none of my messages are sending on xbox and im not sure why. Party chat works so i know im not banned. Ive googled it but found nothing, anyone else having this issue? I am on xbox preview as well.

Do you have preview program? That is the problem, Xbox is messed up on the preview program.
