Just grind heroics until you get to 365. Phase 2 of The last boss and all of his adds are 380, so you kinda want to be at 365 anyway, or have people in your fireteam making up the light difference. Im not going to worry about the quest until i beat it on all 3 characters, i have yet to beat phase 2 of aksis :-/ can't find the right team.
