357 is raid ready? .. I been reading 365 and up as requirements to join some1 team

Ye, 357 is fine atleast up until the final boss, where i would say 365 is best. Below that, shanks, captains, siva bombs etc will wreck you, hard! We had a 354 and a 356 with us friday night, and we were good all the way up to the final boss phase 2. So have at it bro

Create your own group and learn why do you need someone to hold your hand and take you through. Make a fireteam like the rest of and jump on in.

For the boss, 357 can get you through the entire raid up until the boss, if you have some skill and a decent team. By then you'll have loot to be 360+ which is good enough for the final boss with a good team

You are absolutely ready to get in there and at the very least start learning the battles. You may get to the final boss and struggle a little at first, but you absolutely can make it there and at least gain the experience. And people can't blame lfg because I saw plenty of posts where the op was asking for 350+ and he/she was ready to teach. NOW is the best time to get in there and learn.

I beat it with a guy under 360. The bottom line is, how can you learn if you don't try? Just take your time, stay safe. You may not get a completion but at least you will start to learn. It took me getting to the final boss 3 times before I was with a team that finally got the completion. Good luck to you guardian.
