Say I were to get the first few monitors, leave, and finish it the next day. Would it have saved my progress including the monitors?

i dont think so because you can still activate them when you go back into the raid

That's rough, if u r looking for advice... Stormcaller ads in beginning while sniping guns. Tether captain to drop parts. Send out a "runner" to clear the slow-mines/kill ads with sword. (Invisibility for the runner helps to ambush captains. Blessing bubble on lower left under first ship will protect from dropping charges. And running and sliding against someone carrying will give them a slight boost
