My point is it isn't easy to get there without grinding all of your free time. The raid is totally doable at 366 like I am now. It's just another way to foster elitism

It isn't "totally doable" at 366. I was at 360 doing the siege engine and it was incredibly difficult to stay alive. Now add another 10 light to bring him up to 380 and I only gained a little, nah shit will be a struggle. It would be like bringing 27s and 28s into hardmode VoG, it just ends poorly.

We nearly beat the final boss with a 356. He wasnt the reason we failed. He did great. If they can shoot stuff snd survive it's doable as long as the rest of the team can make up dps wise. That said I wouldn't recommend taking someone that low. That guy was just a good player and good at thinking on his feet. However 365+ is no problem. I mean they legend guys 2 manned it...

My old clan used to do that all the time. The team you are running with just needs to know what they are doing and it'll go off without a hitch.

I blitzt the raid no problems at 365, it really isn't that difficult, those who demand raid completion and 370+ can't be that great at it imo
