I just got done with the main story missions on Rise of Iron, and I must say that Bungie has once again created a master piece. The pride and commitment of Lord Saladin Stands in stark contrast with the darkness of the encroaching SIVA. Like so much else of what Bungie has created, the imagery and ideas they weave into Destiny resonates with so much that is part of the real world. I find myself asking the question: what does SIVA represent? What do the Iron Lords correspond to in reality? Saladin says that SIVA was believed to have the potential of limitless creation, the building blocks of a new civilization. But it was the pride of the Iron Lords that misjudged it.
So what does SIVA represent? It embodies the prideful, self confirmed belief that people place in modern science. People believe assertions without observational evidence or real proof. For example, science teaches that earth is round, a belief that can be refuted with the most basic observations available to those that take time to look. Science also asserts that space travel is real, while simultaneously claiming that only 536 individuals have ever entered space over a span of 60 years. Science is a false belief in a hope that is not real. Like SIVA, it promises great things, but in realty cant even offer a decent explanation as to why rivers flow East to West AGAINST the direction of the ball earths supposed rotation. Like the Iron Lords, young inquisitive minds confidently believe that science can send people into space, despite the fact that science also claims that upwards of 78,000 tons of meteoric hits earth each year. Enough to tear anyone on a supposed space walk to shreds. Science is a failure, just like SIVA. But it is one with a deadly price...

Hey man, I think the forums you are looking for is called 4chan
-
You are the Godzilla of ignorance in the Tokyo of knowledge.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MGnVeaBbPmE the fact that this video exist really shows his dedication to trolling on these forums.
-
Can we get this guy out of here already?
-
I swear I clicked on #Destiny...
-
If this is a parody if people whi are against science, well done, you made me laugh a bit.
-
Could have sworn I wasn't in offtopic
-
Can't tell if this is bait or not...
-
The worst part of this is, I think this isn't b8.
-
You can actually prove that the earth is round relatively simply. If you are ever at a beach at a sun set lay down and wait to the sun sets below the horizon, quickly jump up to your feet, you should be able to see the sun for a few more seconds. This is caused because the earth is round. You my good sir are a dumb ass
-
Ugh. You again...
-
Well didn't expect this...
-
Flat earth really is top tier bait givin that 99.9 percent of people on the planet cant even disprove it unless they go on a trip into space.

Edited by PR0P4NE: 9/28/2016 11:06:45 AMDid you know that recently the Bank of America said there was a one-in-three chance we were actually living in a computer simulation, created far in our future. Except of course the chance is actually 50/50; we either are, or we aren't. Are we all just code doing the rounds inside Rasputins cavernous mind? Or are we truly the only sentient beings in existence? We'll never know, will we.

Dafuq did I just read! Please tell me you are trolling!
-
Wait a minute... Flat Earthers don't play space games...
-
And then there's people like this, who try to find hidden meaning in every minor detail, trying to be a special snowflake. JUST. PLAY. THE. -blam!-ING. GAME.
-
Are you really back. Please just go spout your nonsense elsewhere
-
By your logic, you should be able to see the entirety of the Earth (if it were flat) from the peak of Mt Everest on a completely clear day. But, you know, you can't. Your evidence should be observable if scientific fact is not observable. Except none of the gibberish you spout can actually be obvserved non-"intuitively".
-
Lol,tell me you're not being serious? Have you decided that you're living in the 15th century?
-
-
Haha great read again, you do you buddy :)

Edited by Peaches Pan Tao: 9/28/2016 7:55:14 AMSo what does meteoric material have to do with "tearing astronauts to shreds"? You do know that 78,000 tons isn't all that big compared to the size of the earth right?
I'm indulging your madness.
Ah yes! My favorite master of kookery!
