Could be a humble warrior of the classic definition, a more modern take on it with equal armaments, or maybe something wild that just shares the same name.
There's so many different types of Knights out there, and chances are we'll all encountered or played as one in our times playing games.
Which one do you think of the fondest?
Personally I would probably have to say Spiral Knights in particular. Though there's also some interest in the Imperial Knight Titan from Warhammer 40k.

Stiener, the affable, dutiful, outside of battle; and an obsolete monster in combat. Seigfreid (Soul Calibur) is up there too. He was a rotten kid, but I'm a sucker for a redemption story.
