does the cloak of Taniks even come out of the chest?
Ive used 8 skeleton keys on taniks (yes, i have counted), getting the keys aren't the issue. its the fact that every time i get a key, i save it till i get the taniks strike, but when i use the key, i get the 'does not bow' every time. i feel it could be bugged or something. because no cloak after 8 keys is just odd.
Edit: Since making this post ive used 2 more keys and gotten 2 more 'does not bow' auto rifles, no luck yet. :/
Edit 2: FINALLY GOT IT. 12 KEYS LATER!

has anyone gotten both the class item and weapon from a strike with sperate keys? like an imago loop 1 run then got a mark with another key? or even the taniks cloak 1 strike and the DNB auto rifle on another run?

1 ReplyOk are the Skeleton keys in addition to what may drop from the boss, like a 2nd chance if nothing drops u can open the chest and have an increased chance/guaranteed strike exclusive? Otherwise it seems another case of Bungie adding RNG on top of RNG and if u don't have keys u don't get nothing from the strike.

Does the same rule apply the way it use to be? If it's taken you get one item if it's not then you get the other.
