Well if you've played DOOM the idea is for it to be OP, but you rarely ever get fuel for it. It would only be useable on big monsters/enemies if you want to efficiently use it.
Using it on a "low-level" enemy isn't exactly smart.

This is an RP thread, not doom. I would hate to be having a fight when all of a sudden my guy gets cut in half and I can't do anything about it.
