Khvostov Field Manual , Pg 90 Grimoire not recieved
I finished the questline for the Khvostov and got all the grimoire cards for the quest except the "Khvostov Field Manual , Pg 90". I would think that since I completed the questline that I should also have this specific card? I haven't deleted any characters ever, so it would have nothing to do with that known issue and I completed the questline solely on my main character. Is anyone else having this issue with the manual grimoire cards?

Bump. Same issue, and you can't do the quest with side characters so it's lost to us for now. I hope they fix it soon.

I have the same issue. I also checked my son's account. His says the same thing. One of my clan mates is having the same issue.
