I'm sure you've all heard that stress is bad for you and it's true, if you believe it's bad for you. Let's say that you're stressed but you don't think it'll cause any health problems then good news, it won't.
The way you look at stress is how it will affect you. In fact if you are super stressed out but have a positive outlook you have the lowest percentage of dying prematurely than people who are rarely stressed out. If you can just change the way you see stress you will be healthier and happy. When you feel stressed it's really just your body preparing itself for the task at hand.
