I'm just getting my money back, it's been over 24 hours since launch and over 36 hours since you started having this problem. Still getting corrupted downloads. You cut a number of us off and have offered no explanation. Just a too little too late claim you're working on it. Been a loyal and avid players since Beta, but your complete lack of dealing with this is ridiculous. You've ruined our gaming experience. The exact opposite of what we pay you for. Just give up and get out. You can't handle this and Destiny 2 will be even worse. You drug this out over 2 years trying to fix your piss poor planning in the beginning and I've had enough of your lies and bullshit. It'll be like poison out there when people start seeing how much people like me loved the game to how wrong you did us and we hate it now. Just give it up, you can't hack it in this industry.

Here is a simple scenario in where an ISP can cause one site and one site only to not work for any of its customers Customers in Atlantic Canada were unable to access the Country's Official Lottery websites online purchase link, this was due to the IP being shown to the ALC website(Atlantic Lotto Corporation)said it was coming from the United States...you are only able to claim winnings if you are a Canadian Citizen, this also means you can't buy a ticket from outside Canada I worked with that ISP during that 5 months(6 years of dispatch and lines man services and long time tec nut)and alot of pissed off customers and both companies blaming each other...oh, it's the modems...oh it's your billing page...but maybe it's just that simple that some guy in tier 1 phone support figures it out with a simple trace route Nah man, your ISP can frack with your shit Sure it could be Bungies issues 100% but give them time.to figure this out, at best Bungie is talking with Sony/MS due to complaints, now they need to find out the details...the ISP is a common element for alot of the players with issues...they now go there, but trust me when I say it's just like DeeJ is gonna call someone with your ISP and they gonna run checks to find an issue It sucks man...it does but posts like that ain't gonna speed anything along Good Luck
