When I just Google'd on why my pre-order of Rise of Iron bonus did not appear at my postmaster I saw that many people were having the same issue. Most of the grievances seem to be from pre-orders made through Best Buy and Amazon. From your website www.destinythegame.com it clearly says " Iron Gjallarhorn not exclusive to any retailer or platform." so at the very least the weapon skin should be given out immediately. The sticky issue is with the Gjallarwing. I know for a fact that Amazon posted videos advertising the exclusive sparrow, however, i'm not sure that Best Buy advertised the giveaway. My point is this, many people in good faith pre-ordered The Rise of Iron from their preferred retailer (many I bet at the 11th hour) in the hopes of obtaining these exclusive items. Since nowhere was it mentioned (or warned) that the exclusives were vendor specific I feel that it would be a noble act on your part if you fixed this issue and reward both the Iron Gjallarhorn and Gjallarwing to ALL the customers that pre-ordered the DLC. These are paying customers they should not be given the run-around from either the vendor or the developer/publisher for obtaining promised exclusive items from pre-ordering. This should be easy enough to fix and the amount of goodwill garnered from act the will be huge i'm sure. Do the right thing and step in.
