[b]Snap Discharge[/b]: a repulser-like ability that causes friction by electrically generating plasma on surfaces and electromagnetically manipulating it for propulsion, or in this case, repulsion. The force generated is enough to cause friction severe enough to inflict injury on humans, and is able to shear through armor and shielding alike. [b]Caduceus Gas[/b]: Using the electromagnets in her palm, Celina can control a gas that uses synthetic particles to repair damage done to a body rapidly, on a cellular level. It's translucent to an unaugmented human, as the gas doesn't appear on a human's visual spectrum, yet to others it appears an unnaturally bright green miasma of prismatic dust.[/spoiler] [b]Gear:[/b] [spoiler][url=http://i.imgur.com/B2T0Vl4.jpg]Helmet[/url]: A polarized helmet with VISR optics and an advanced HUD, this helmet provides great protection with a sleek, aerodynamic frame. Visor is actually a meta material that is far stronger than steel, and grants a lifelike rendering of the outside, with seamless holographic projections. (Note: her visor, as well as the rest of her armor, is matte black). Constructed from amorphous titanium, with carbon nanotubes as an outer plating. It can release liquid nitrogen heat-sinks, chaff from small launchers on her back, and a short-range EMP, at the cost of all functionality. She's not particularly strong physically, and can be overpowered, but her armor is strong and flexible, and augments her strength slightly. She underwent illegal Ranger augmentations, which gave her enhanced ocular and sensory capabilities--she has perfect night vision, increased survivability and dexterity, and amplified hearing. However, the bootlegged treatment also turned her hair a shocking white permanently.[/spoiler] [b]Personality/Description:[/b] [spoiler]5'11, 131 lbs. Her helmet has a voice modifier that adjusts her voice to make it sound more mechanical, and less feminine, to disguise her identity. Though she was once carefree and cheerful, vengeance has consumed her, as it has her husband.
